It is, in my opinion and prespective, tantamount to being excommunicated. Then they limit the level of information they share with you. If one attends any meetings and shows any trace of your own individuality, or you disagree with any content you are presented with, you are labeled by the leadership almost as a traitor and troublemaker. You are not even to know of this organization's existence, to an extent, if you are not a member of it. If you are not a member who has gone through a specific vetting process, you are not welcome to attend any of its meetings.
